1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using World NFT Marketplace (the Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

World NFT Marketplace is a decentralized, user-driven marketplace that enables the minting, buying, and selling of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The Platform operates as an open marketplace, and we do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any user-generated content, smart contracts, or transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

• Be solely responsible for the content you upload, mint, or list.
• Ensure that your content does not infringe on intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or any other applicable laws.
• Use the designated 18+ section for adult content, nudity, or explicit artwork.
• Not upload racist, hateful, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or manipulative trading activities (e.g., wash trading).
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Users retain full ownership of the NFTs they mint, buy, or sell. World NFT Marketplace does not claim any ownership over the NFTs listed on the Platform. By listing an NFT, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the NFT for marketplace purposes.

5. Content Moderation & Removal

While we aim to promote decentralization, we reserve the right to remove any listings that:

• Violate our content guidelines (racist, hateful, extremist, miscategorized, etc.).
• Are fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful to the community.
• Do not adhere to the designated 18+ section for adult content.
• Are flagged by the community for violations.

However, due to the decentralized nature of blockchain technology, removal from the marketplace does not delete NFTs from the blockchain. Users remain responsible for any content they have minted or listed.

6. No Financial or Investment Advice

The Platform is not a financial institution, investment advisor, or broker. NFTs are speculative assets, and their value is volatile. You assume all risks associated with trading NFTs. We do not guarantee the authenticity, originality, or future value of any NFT.

7. Fees & Transactions

The Platform may charge transaction fees, including marketplace fees and smart contract fees. You are responsible for gas fees and any other blockchain-related costs. All transactions are final and irreversible. The Platform does not process refunds.

8. Smart Contracts & Blockchain Risks

The Platform utilizes smart contracts on decentralized blockchain networks. We do not control or modify smart contracts once deployed. Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions are immutable, irreversible, and outside our control. We are not responsible for hacks, smart contract vulnerabilities, or blockchain failures.

9. Decentralization & Third-Party Services

World NFT Marketplace may integrate with third-party wallets, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain services. We do not own or control these services and are not responsible for their security or availability. Use third-party services at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• The availability, security, or reliability of the Platform.
• The accuracy or authenticity of NFT listings.
• The uninterrupted operation of blockchain services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World NFT Marketplace is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The Platform does not store private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive user data. Any information publicly available on the blockchain is outside our control. Users are responsible for securing their wallets and private data.

12. Termination & Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate user access if:

• You violate these ToS.
• Your activities are deemed harmful to the community.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

13. Compliance & Jurisdiction

Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction. We do not provide services in regions where NFTs are prohibited or regulated beyond compliance.

14. Amendments & Updates

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
